This project took place in a kids theatre room, consisting of an architectural upgrade to millwork, flooring with designs, construction of ramp to new stage area, kitchenette. Millwork display cases in the corridor, upholstered millwork benches. This was a very tight time line and all corridor flooring replacement was done after hours.

This project involved renovations to accommodate a new RO Water Equipment supplied by MarCor Purification. Construction schedule was designed to minimize shutdowns in areas affected by the new water system while completing the project in a timely manner ensuring verifications and testing were completed on time.

Project: MICe

This was an installation of a new MRI in the basement of the hospital. The MRI was lowered into an opening that REA created on the exterior of the building in the parking lot. Our role in this project was to provide demolition, RF Copper Shielding, new fan coils, chillers, and transformers. The challenge on this project was to schedule shut downs and tie ins because it affected other areas. The project was completed on time and on budget.

This project involves the rework of the existing layout and building of new walls to form a new exam room in the Nephrology clinic. Specific subcontractor scope involves millwork (own forces) c/w solid surface countertops, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile, sheet flooring with rubber base, carpet tile, painting, supply and installation of wall protection including corner guards and acrovyn, mechanical and electrical.
